At Christ Fit Bootcamps, our goal is to improve the lives of women, men and youth through the practical application of the Word of God (that is the bible), in conjunction with the latest exercise styles and nutritional coaching concepts of today.

Our innovative bootcamp sessions are approximately 60 minutes in length, and includes a variety of different exercise styles that incorporate:

- Receive ongoing nutritional coaching learn how to customize your meals and meal plans using the foods that you will choose and enjoy, using with "Portion Power" bible-based system.
